Mission Statement:
The mission of our NSB retirement estate is to provide living arrangements that offer a safe environment, home-cooked meals, maid service, and other benefits/essentials for retired adults 55 and over who are seeking an active lifestyle and do not want to live alone.
Our New Smyrna Beach co-living estate is NOT an assisted living facility. Nor do we provide nursing care. Our home is set up more like house-sharing, offering the best features of living independently. While we provide many of the same benefits as a care facility, our residents are active and fully self-sufficient. They are living the dream of retirement with a community “family” in a private setting. Safe, active, and free to take pleasure in retirement.

We can help you achieve the retirement living arrangements of your dreams at our NSB 55+ estate.
Meals
At Living the Dream, each day is filled with home-cooked meals. You won’t spend hours in the kitchen cooking, cleaning, and trying to manage a healthy, nutritious meal plan. Our private chef will closely monitor all meals prepared for our housemates. If you have specific allergies, require gluten-free ingredients, or have specific nutrition needs or likes, we will accommodate you. The best part? No more lonely meals!
Activities
Housemates looking for something to do will find plenty of planned activities. Most days (or evenings), some type of social event will be on the schedule. It’s up to you if you participate or not. It may be a day trip, an evening of karaoke or board games, pool aerobics, or any other variety of fun. When you apply to live here, let us know what you’re interested in doing. We’ll consider having it added to our calendar.
Staff Service
Another reason to live at the NSB 55+ estate… No more laundry or cleaning. Our loving staff takes care of that for you. Weekly service is provided for all of our housemates’ private living quarters. The shared areas are cleaned daily. Never lift a heavy laundry basket or mop bucket again! Our resident manager is available nearly 24 hours a day. Enjoy living without having to do many daily routine tasks that can become a burden.
Freedom & Security
Come and go as you please. Unlike many other retirement living arrangements, there is no need to sign in or out. Sure, we’ll need to know some of your plans. This helps us know when you’ll be spending a night away or if you’ll be skipping a meal. You’ll have your own vehicle (if you want) and secure parking. Spend the day golfing or at the beach. We’ll welcome you home upon your return.
