Living in our efficiencies comes with many amenities. From your personal entrance to a beautiful step-in shower, you’ll find plenty of reasons to make Living the Dream Estate your home in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.

Each resident’s room has a private bathroom. It is beautifully furnished. Grab bars/rails can be installed according to your needs. A gorgeous walk-in shower provides easy access and safety.
Each efficiency has a large built-in closet with plenty of storage space. Laundry service is not included; however, a laundry facility is not far away and is reasonably priced.
A counter area is conveniently built in to be used as a kitchenette, desk, or for personal decór. Each room is equipped with a mini-refrigerator, a microwave Ninja combo cooker, and an outdoor grill. Everything you need to prepare your own meals. The best part? Leave your dishes outside your door for us to wash!
Enter or exit from your private entrance whenever you like. Each room’s exterior entrance opens to a patio area, separate from the front porch. We even furnish the outdoor chairs. The interior door of each room has a pool view! Use of the private pool and hot tub is included as well.
Your private efficiency can be equipped with a large-screen smart television. Cable service and WiFi are provided so you can watch your shows whenever you want. Utilities (water and electricity) are included in your monthly rent!
